ABSTRACT

To explore the source of China’s modern idea of propaganda, this chapter focuses on the propaganda concepts before and after the Soviet socialist revolution. Success must depend on professional revolutionary organizations with the correct guidance of Marxism. In order to establish such a professional revolutionary organization, V. I. U. Lenin came up with a very unique way to create a national partisan newspaper of the central department. The propaganda in the revolutionary stage was characterized by exposing, criticizing, mobilizing and encouraging. The propaganda of the Soviet Union can be divided into three stages: the revolutionary phase, the initial establishment of the regime and the maintenance of the regime. The propaganda ideas of the Soviet Russia have far-reaching effects on the propaganda ideas of the entire world, including the West. China’s national revolution and socialist revolution were greatly influenced by the Soviet Union.
