ABSTRACT

This study examines the influence of creative role identity, job creativity requirements, and creative expectation supervisors on creative performance. The study also examined the role of creative self-efficacy mediation on the relationship between creative role identity, job creativity requirements, and supervisor creative expectation to creative performance. The samples in this study are employees who work in marketing, engineering, program, production & news division in television media. The number of employees is 157 employees. Analysis technique using SEM partial least square with Smart PLS program. The result of this study is creative self-efficacy fully mediated on the relationship between creative role identity with creative performance and creative self-efficacy partially mediated on the relationship between job creativity requirements, creative support supervisor and creative performance. The implication of this study is that creative self-efficacy is an important factor in building performance and creativity.
