ABSTRACT
This chapter provides an overview of the evidence on the role for peers in developing evaluative judgements, to which students’ interactions, observations, and experiences alongside each other may all contribute. Key activities for developing evaluative judgement are illustrated through two case studies in undergraduate health professions education. Drawing from the literature review and empirical data, peer learning activities likely to contribute to the development of evaluative judgement are proposed.
