ABSTRACT
In the current security environment, finding tailored cooperative solutions to mutual security concerns is a real strategic imperative.2 It is now clear to us that it is of a vital importance to both Russia and NATO not only to maintain good relations, but also to develop them into true and equal cooperation. As mentioned earlier, the key for these two parties is to find the cooperative arrangements that best suit them.
