ABSTRACT
This chapter deals with sensitivity analysis (SA) of models, which deals with changes in the outcomes in relation to changes in the inputs or parameters. After discussing the pharmacoeconomic (PE) guidelines around the world, this chapter will focus on the terminology surrounding SA. All varieties of SA, e.g., univariate, bivariate, probabilistic, etc., will also be discussed. Examples are provided in the text.
