ABSTRACT
Public private partnerships are a relatively new type of organization; as we have seen
this means that they will need fairly careful nurturing if they are to be successful. But it
is important to know how successful they have been and this can only be achieved
through setting targets and measuring how well a partnership succeeds in meeting
those targets.
