ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses Cyrillic letters, two new vowel letters in the alphabet and hushing sounds. It reviews Russian consonants, and stress patterns that are different in different strings. The chapter discusses the way to palatalise consonants before each of two-in-one vowels. One must think of the Russian words in stock and build the phrases with them when speaking to Russians.
