St Pixels

Church of Fools has moved four times since 2004, shifting from a 3D virtual space to one text-based forum, then another, and eventually onto Facebook. The church renamed itself ‘St Pixels: Church of the Internet’ in 2006, and still uses that name today. Some of the most active participants during my research had first met years before in the 3D church, and many of those are still active in the group in 2016.
