ABSTRACT
508In chapter 5 we have compiled all the statistical tables needed for working through this textbook. For the benefit of readers who use this book for self study purposes we have included at the beginning of each table a brief review of the corresponding theoretical background. In many cases the meaning of the tabulated values is illustrated by means of a graph. We are also giving examples for the application of the tables.
