ABSTRACT
Moreover, China’s definition of low-carbon economy is more rich and fine than the international. From the aspect of scientific development, people reduce the consumption of high carbon energy a lot, reduce the emissions of carbon dioxide to as little as possible through a variety of innovative techniques to help achieve the common development of the economy and the environment. From the perspective of ethics, market mechanism is the fundamental and basic unit of a low carbon economy, through the interaction of systems and policies, the use of advanced science and technology to help the transformation of an economic development mode. Low-carbon economy is not just one aspect of changes in society, but all aspects of values, ways of life and economic development, a comprehensive transformation.
