ABSTRACT

College students are the major human resources for societies and organizations, and thus the development of their innovation capability is increasingly important. Based on action learning theory, this paper examines the effect of action learning on the innovation capability of college students, and the results show that action learning exerts a positive impact on their innovation capability. The research conclusion offers a refreshing perspective for research into how to stimulate college students’ innovation capability, and also provides beneficial enlightenment for colleges to improve the innovation capability of their students.
