ABSTRACT
Sir Edmund Hillary has been credited with many things, yet few people realize what a great leader he was. After climbing Mount Everest as a team member, he achieved everything else as a CEO. Having read the book View from the Summit and Hellbent or the Pole by Geoffrey Lee Martin, I extract eleven lessons that we can apply.
