ABSTRACT
The Ion Beam Assisted Deposition (IBAD) is one of the methods for the thin film preparation. This method can be divided into two types. The first of them is a low energy IBAD (mostly with ion energy of hundreds keV to 2 keV) and the second one is a high energy IBAD (mostly with ion energy of tens keV).
