ABSTRACT

This book primarily focuses on how to figure out what goals a person sets and what information that person needs with respect to a complex situation. It further considers the factors which influence how the information is interpreted with respect to the current situation. This chapter considers the issues relevant to converting the design and analysis of a person’s goals and information needs into a working system that matches that person’s needs. It tries to bridge between the theory of the previous chapters and the realworld issues faced by both the writers and programmers involved in implementing a system.
