ABSTRACT
Waste is called to an unusable thing required to be disposed and thrown away. So, if we start changing our approach and point of view to these things, we would achieve remarkable improvements in waste management and recycling. This paper would draw our attention to the stage before waste disposal and recycling and discuss about somehow big advantages of having different new approach at this stage which would result in less amount of wastes, more recycling, upcycling, reuse and recovery rates and respectively creating more values for available resources than before. We would also rarely hear from the author as an investor entrepreneur about his programs for training and empowerment of the society for having this new approach and for doing research and producing valuable things from wastes as secondary available resources.
