ABSTRACT
Chapter 2 describes the evolution of Teach For America and its eventual global expansion through Teach For All. This chapter’s narrative positions Teach For America within the larger neoliberal education reform movement and uses the concept of policy entrepreneurship and global advocacy networks to explain the success of Teach For America and Teach For All.
