ABSTRACT
The three stages of the Eocene Epoch, Lower, Middle, and Upper, are well represented in Egypt. They are exposed along the stretch of the Nile Valley, the Western Desert, the Eastern Desert, and Sinai. They also occur in the subsurface of the northern Western Desert (Northern Egypt Basin), the Nile Delta, and Northern Sinai.
