ABSTRACT
Peter Walker is a fellow and former president of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, United Kingdom, and a chartered public relations practitioner. He is also a fellow of the Communication Advertising and Marketing Education Foundation in the United Kingdom. In 2010, he was named fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations. Walker was instrumental in establishing the Centre for Corporate Responsibility in the United Kingdom in 1975 and served as its director from 1995 to 1999. Walker lectures and writes extensively on public relations and communication management nationally and internationally.
