It is an age of big data now. With the continuous development of science and technology in China, the applications of the information system in enterprise human resource management have become increasingly extensive. Especially, with the development of Internet, more and more enterprises are following the trend of network information in their routine work in the development. The most important part of enterprise development is enterprise human resource management, which is directly relevant to the abilities of enterprises to manage and retain talents efficiently. For this reason, how to better build an enterprise human resource management information system is an issue to be seriously considered by enterprise managers at present. It is necessary to build the human resource management information system in combination with the human resource management requirements of enterprises, integrate system applications and ensure the scientificity of system design, so as to give full play to comprehensive benefits of the enterprise human resource management information system.
