Three Feedback Exercises

Organize the class into groups of three people each. Two people in each group will play roles defined for them in the exercises. The third person in each group will serve as the observer and recorder. The instructor should take three-to-four minutes to explain the role‑playing exercise and assign roles to each of the participants.
