Fig.1(a) using the Improved method, fig.1(b) using Hummers method (Novoselov, Geim and Morozov 2004), fig.1(c) using the Improved method. It can be seen from fig.1 (b) that the precipitation of graphite oxide and impurities in the solution is more. There are a lot of black particles, solution color darker. And Figure 1a and c is more pure color and more bright. Which can deduce the improved method and improved method of graphite oxidized more completely (Marcano, Kosynkin and Berlin, 2010), Hummers method of graphite oxide of graphite is not oxidation, which can be further concluded that improved method and the improved method than Hummers method with large. Then through to the final preparation of graphene oxide weighing, Improved method and Improved method of graphene oxide significantly more than Hummers method, which proves that the above speculation is correct.
