ABSTRACT
Doing PC well takes practice, even though the system is not that complicated once you get used to it. Many sessions will go smoothly, and then the basic procedures described in the previous chapter will get you through nicely. Other sessions will not go so smoothly, or a challenge will arise on the way to the PC session. Much of deciding how to manage the challenges involves clinical judgment. Practice and supervision will help you learn where the judgments fall.
