ABSTRACT
Power scabies is a very annoying disease in management teams at all levels. Trust and its reinforcement are at the heart of the Primary Goals for the management team that wants to become a Stellar Team. The occurrence of the disease always has very negative effects on confidence. Even a small flame is enough to run through the joint meetings. The importance of trust always comes up in talks about team development. Straight talking clearly does not help, because the whole concept of trust remains easily just as abstract words without any tangible grip. The experience of trust is born through four elements: ability, integrity of words and actions, communication style and an attitude of benevolence. The management team has to make all these elements visible. Integrity is at the heart of trust in agreement and it means that action and thoughts are consistent, incorruptible and uncompromisingly honest.
