ABSTRACT
This paper presents the short-circuit transient current analysis method based on wavelet transform. The current which is obtained by finite element simulation can be calculated according to the theoretical formula after using wavelet transform. Then the transient parameters of internal fault are obtained according to the transformed current waveform, which are vital for deep research of large-capacity generators.
