Working with colleagues

This first chapter in Part IV concentrates on the other people you work with inside your organisation, starting with a summary of some of the most common job roles and responsibilities which exist in PCE other than teachers. The chapter then moves on to the theme of personality traits, and how people in organisations interact with each other in interesting and challenging ways. The chapter closes by considering how to contribute to the building of effective teams. By the end of the chapter, surviving working with your colleagues should become less of a challenge.
