DESCRIPTION
This article provides an interesting oversight of the active areas of focus for Ecosystems and People journal and the interaction with the UN\\\'s 17 SDGs. The journal\\\'s focus ranges from human–nature relationships as a means of achieving sustainability; improving the science–policy interface of ecosystems and people; to ecological restoration to improve human wellbeing in Latin America.
