ABSTRACT
Disaggregated data analysis is a systematic approach used in research to analyse data to add existing knowledge, improve practice, and inform policy debates. This process of analysis involves quantitative data that can be collected, disaggregated, and analysed. Similarly, this process can also be completed with qualitative data. Finally, a mixed methods design can be used to integrate the collection, disaggregation, and analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data. Data triangulation techniques and iterative layering of analysis cycles make the findings more robust.
