Each volume in the series is written by IAQ members, their collaborators, and invited experts. The books explore quality concepts, practices, successes, and challenges facing the 21st century and beyond. Each book focuses on bringing quality to humanity and expands from quality applications in the manufacturing and service industries to emphasizing and creating higher value for people and their quality of life with lesser use of resources.
