Progress in Colloid and Interface Science
The Progress in Colloid and Interface Science series consists of edited volumes and monographs dedicated to the relevant topics in the field of colloid and interface science. The series aims to present the most recent research developments and progress made on particular topics. It covers fundamental and/or applied subjects including any type of interfaces, their theoretical description and experimental analysis; formation and characterization of disperse systems; bulk properties of solutions; experimental methodologies; self-assembling materials at interfaces; and applications in various areas including agriculture, biological systems, chemical engineering, coatings, cosmetics, flotation processes, food processing, materials processing, and household products.
