Thirty Three Ways to Help with....
This series of practical ‘how-to’ books is for teachers, teaching assistants and SENCOs who are in need of fresh ideas to teach pupils in their care who are struggling with basic skills. It provides them with the tools to make good provision for a range of children in their class, and are planned to be a resource from which they can extract ideas and materials without having to plough through chapters of theory and research.
All titles are A4 in format, photocopiable, and include an introduction, and a double-page-per-activity layout. A template at the end of the book will help teachers keep a record of which activities have been used with each child and how well they achieved, and this will feed into the IEP/statement process.
Written by experienced practitioners and experts in their respective field, this series will be a life-line to anyone who at times finds teaching children who are struggling a bit of a struggle.
