Wang Li Linguistics Series
Mr Wang Li is a famous Chinese linguist of the 20th century. He devoted his whole life to teaching and researching linguistics and made important contributions to the development of Chinese linguistics and the training of linguists.
From the publication of Laozi Studies in 1928 to Wang Li Ancient Chinese Dictionary before his death in 1986, Mr Wang worked hard throughout his life and published many studies in Chinese Linguistics. His complete works have made outstanding achievements in the fields of Chinese development history, Chinese grammar, Chinese phonology, Chinese lexicology, ancient Chinese teaching, character reform, Chinese standardisation, promotion of modern Chinese Mandarin and Chinese poetics.
